Sample Statement definition

Sample Statement means Leo’s non-Transit assets and liabilities as set forth on Schedule 2 hereto.

Sample Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a).

More Definitions of Sample Statement

Sample Statement means an illustrative calculation of Working Capital, Cash, and Indebtedness as at December 31, 2021, and Capital Expenditures for the twelve (12) month period ending December 31, 2021, which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Sample Statement means the unaudited statement of Specified Net Assets of the Business as of the Balance Sheet Date set forth in Section 1.06(a) of the Disclosure Letter. Solely for purposes of the preparing the Sample Statement, it has been assumed that none of the Servicing Advances constitutes an “Ineligible Advance” or a “Seller Financed Advance.” For purposes of the Final Statement, Servicing Advances will be deemed to be “Ineligible Advances” or “Seller-Financed Advances” to the extent provided herein.

Sample Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

Sample Statement means the illustrative example of a calculation of Net Working Capital as set forth on Schedule 1.1(d) of the Company Disclosure Schedules.

Sample Statement means the sample balance sheet of the Post Business attached hereto as Exhibit J. “Seller Group” means Seller and the subsidiaries of Seller other than the Companies.

Sample Statement means the sample closing statement attached hereto as Schedule A.

Sample Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(a).
