INTERNET ACCESS TO CONTRACT AND PRICING INFORMATION. Access by Contract Users to Contract products, services and pricing information may be made available and posted on the Internet. The State reserves the right to post a Contractor's Contract pricing on the OGS web site. The Contractor will be required to host their own complete Contract pricing and product offerings at Contractor's Internet site, at Contractor's sole expense, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (additions, deletions, price revisions) during the Contract term, in accordance with the Contract requirements. If Contractor posts Contract pricing information, Contractor is responsible for Contract and related information to be accurately and completely posted, maintained, updated and displayed in an objective (i.e.: informational only) and timely manner, which renders it clearly distinguishable from other, non-Contract offerings at Contractor's web site. Any changes (in accordance with the terms of this Contract) in product offering or pricing which require pre-approval by OGS, may not be posted on the website prior to notification of approval. Hard copy catalog and price lists must be available to all end users who either do not have web access or prefer the optional format. If Contractor stores, collects or maintains personal identification data electronically as a condition of accessing State Contract information, such data shall only be used internally by Contractor for the purpose of implementing the State Contract and shall not be disseminated to third parties or used for other marketing purposes.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.
