Time Off Executive shall be entitled to time off as provided under the Signet US Time Off Program, as in effect from time to time.
At appropriate times during the year adjustments shall be made to reflect the US Time (as defined in the Schedule) and such adjustments may be made by adjusting the amount of Base Salary paid for future services hereunder or by adjusting the portion of the bonus earned for the year in which such Base Salary is being adjusted that is attributable to US Time (as defined in the Schedule).
