Access to the Service. Subject to the rights and limitations set out in this Agreement and your payment of all Subscription Fees when due, we grant you a limited, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted herein) right to permit Users to access and use the Service during the Subscription Term: (i) solely for your internal business purposes; and (ii) for the scope of use set out in your Order and/or the Documentation. You shall not permit any unauthorized access to or use of the Service and shall notify us immediately in the event that you become aware of any unauthorized access or use.
Access to the Service. Subject to Subscriber’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Inriver hereby grants to Subscriber the right to access and use the Service and the Documentation for the internal business purposes for such Business Units as specified in an Order Form on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis in accordance with the scope identified in an Order Form. Inriver will provide Subscriber with a primary administrator Account for managing and granting access to its Authorized Users and Subscriber is responsible for activating them. Subscriber hereby instructs Inriver to grant the Subscriber’s implementing partner access to Subscriber’s environment for the Service. If an implementing partner no longer shall have access to the Service, Subscriber shall notify Inriver of this and Inriver will remove such access.
Access to the Service. 3.1 The Subscriber and the Administrator will have the authority to designate and deactivate Authorized Users, contract with Lyconos for additional services, and cancel the Subscription. Authorized Users will have the authority to invite their Registered Clients to use the client-facing portion of the Service. The Subscriber is responsible for all acts, omissions, and use of the Service by Administrators, Authorized Users, and Registered Clients.
3.2 The Subscriber, and each Administrator, Authorized User, and Registered Client must create and securely maintain their respective usernames and passwords to access the Service. Each user’s credentials shall not be shared with or used by any other person.
3.3 Content uploaded or posted to the Service remains the property of the person posting it. Upon cancellation or termination of Service, Lyconos shall only be responsible for the return of Content directly to the Subscriber or an Administrator as provided in Section 10.3 and not to any person in their capacity as an Authorized User or Registered Client.
3.4 You may access and use the Service via an Application Program Interface (“API”), or other automated means, provided that any such use of the Service (i) may be temporarily or permanently restricted by Lyconos at any time for any reason, (ii) shall not result in excessive use of the Service as determined by Lyconos, and (iii) shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3.5 If you exceed the number of Authorized Users or devices permitted by your Subscription, Lyconos may automatically deactivate or suspend access for a user or device to make room for a new one, or may automatically increase your Subscription fees accordingly. Lyconos may limit how frequently you can manually designate and deactivate a given user of device to avoid attempts to exceed user/device limitations. Subject to the above, you can manage Authorized Users and devices in the account settings page. Not all devices have the same capabilities, and the Service may be available on any given device. It is your responsibility to determine whether a given device is compatible with the Service before you purchase it.
3.6 If the Service includes the ability to stream data, you must be logged into the Service and, in addition to limitations in this Agreement, your ability to download and stream requires Internet access with sufficient bandwidth, which you must obtain at your own cost.

Access to the Service. Customer acknowledges that the Service may be accessed only through Treasury Solution, Bank’s commercial online banking service and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions related to the use of Treasury Solution. Users shall access the Service through a separate, secure login Portal using a unique User ID and password. After login, the User will be directed to a special landing page for the Service Bank may suspend the Remote Deposit Capture service at any time.
Access to the Service. 5.1. In order to create an Account and to use the Service, the Client is required to submit its contact details via the Website, after which submission an Account is created on behalf of the Client. After accessing its Account with its Login Details, the Client will be able to submit Images and to retrieve Materials. For making payments to Bright River, the Client will be redirected to the payment service provider of Bright River or, if so agreed, Bright River shall send an invoice.
5.2. After the Service has been rendered, the Materials will be made available through the Account of the Client. An e-mail will be sent to the Client upon delivery of these Materials. Bright River does not accept any liability concerning the correct reception of this notification e-mail and Bright River therefore advises the Client to regularly check its Account in order to retrieve the Materials. The Service shall be deemed to have been completed by Bright River at the moment the Materials are made available in the User’s Account.
5.3. The Client acknowledges and accepts that it is at all times responsible and liable for all the use made of the Service and, if applicable, the Bright River Systems and Software with the Login Details, including use by third parties, whether authorised or unauthorised. As soon as the Client knows or has reason to suspect that Login Details have come into the hands of an unauthorized party, the Client must promptly notify Bright River thereof, without prejudice to the Client’s own obligation to take effective measures, including but not limited to, where applicable, changing the Login Details.
5.4. The Client accepts that the Website, and, if applicable the Bright River Systems and Software only contain the functionalities and information that are present at the moment of use (“as is” basis).
5.5. Bright River shall in no way whatsoever be liable to the Client for any damage arising out of or resulting from the Client’s Account or the Website being (temporarily) unavailable or for failures or outages.
5.6. The Client shall solely be responsible for the purchase and/or the proper operation of the infrastructure necessary to properly use the Service and the Website. Bright River shall not be liable for damage or costs on account of transmission errors, malfunctions or non-availability of computer, data or telecom facilities, including the internet.
Access to the Service. Subject to the rights and limitations set out in this Agreement and your payment of all applicable fees (except with respect to a Free Trial), Sage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- transferable (except as expressly permitted herein) right to permit Users to access and use the Service and the Documentation solely for your internal business purposes for the term of this Agreement. Accountants may link to their client’s account for the purposes of inputting, transferring and analysing data and documents on behalf of such clients (where the client permits this) and for making the Service available to them. You are responsible for working with your Accountant to set and manage access rights and levels of access that your Accountant has over your account. You acknowledge that we have no control over such access rights and therefore we accept no liability for any loss or damage or other liability that you may suffer as a result of any act, omission or failure of your Accountant. In the event that your Accountant suffers one of the events set out in clause 9.3(ii) to (vi), or they are in breach of this Agreement or any other terms and conditions which they hold with Sage relating to your use of the Service, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access to any aspect of the Service and/or to delink your account from your Accountant.
Access to the Service. The PROPRIETOR will provide the BEE SERVICE PROVIDER with uninterrupted access to BEE Navigator, provided that:

Access to the Service. 9.1 Client is responsible for any use, with or without its consent, of the Service and of the Access Resources made available to it. Taggrs shall not be liable for (consequential) damages of Client and/or third parties, which are caused by unauthorized and/or improper use of the Access Resources.
9.2 The Access Means provided are non-transferable, strictly personal and exclusively for use within the organization of the Client. Client shall exercise due care with respect to the use of the Access Means and keep them secret from third parties.
9.3 Taggrs may change the Access Resources at any time at its sole discretion, of which Taggrs shall notify Client in writing, in electronic form or orally.
9.4 Client shall take such measures as are necessary to prevent the Access Resources from falling into the hands of unauthorized third parties. The Access Resources are intended solely for the use of the Client. Client shall immediately notify Taggrs if the Access Resources are used unauthorized or Client reasonably suspects such use.
9.5 Client may request Taggrs to block the Access Means. Taggrs is also entitled at any time to block Access Means on its own motion, if Taggrs is aware of possible unauthorized use of the Access Means. In such event Taggrs shall not be liable for any damage or consequential loss incurred by Customer and/or third parties as a result of the blocking of the Access Medium.
Access to the Service. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for a set term designated on the applicable Order Form (each, a “Subscription Term”). Customer may access and use the Service solely for its own benefit and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Documentation and any scope of use restrictions designated in the applicable Order Form. Use of and access to the Service is permitted concurrently only by the number of Permitted Users of Customer specified in the applicable Order Form. Each Permitted User must be at least 13 years of age. If Customer is given passwords to access the Service, Customer will require that all Permitted Users keep user ID and password information strictly confidential and not share such information with any unauthorized person. User IDs are granted to individual, named persons and may not be shared. Customer will be responsible for any and all actions taken using Customer’s accounts and passwords. In the event that any Permitted User who has access to a user ID is no longer an employee of Customer, Customer will be solely responsible for deactivating such Permitted User’s access, and may re-allocate such Permitted User’s access to a different employee. Further, Customer may transfer Permitted User status from one employee to another at any time, provided that Customer remains compliant with this Section 2.2, including without limitation by limiting the number of Permitted Users to the number specified in the applicable Order Form.
