Effective Date definition

Effective Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.01 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02).
Effective Date means each date and time that the Registration Statement, any post-effective amendment or amendments thereto and any Rule 462(b) Registration Statement became or becomes effective.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable following the Effective Date, the Company will recommend that the Board of Parent grant to the Executive an equity award (the “Initial Award”) for such number of shares of the Parent’s common stock (the “Common Stock”) as may be determined by the Board and/or the Committee.
