Examples of Effective Date in a sentence
As soon as reasonably practicable following the Effective Date, the Company will recommend that the Board of Parent grant to the Executive an equity award (the “Initial Award”) for such number of shares of the Parent’s common stock (the “Common Stock”) as may be determined by the Board and/or the Committee.
Unless this Agreement shall sooner terminate pursuant to Section V of this Agreement, the initial term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year commencing on the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”).
The Company agrees to continue to employ the Executive pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and the Executive agrees to continue to be so employed, commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”).
