Overtime Fee. Any event or meet that extend past the previously agreed upon time frame, or the time frame that is listed in this agreement, will be subject to a charge of $350.00 per 30 min period. Gymnasium: The Gymnasium may be acquired in advance for the use as a staging area for all swimmers for an additional fee of $150 per hour. All events with participants numbering over 250 at any given time are required to request usage of this space for the additional fee. The User Group is required to have additional staffing for supervision of this area. Sessions may not exceed more than 350 swimmers. Any session with over 250 swimmers must have the gymnasium reserved for an extra fee. The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any session in which there are more than 350 swimmers. Any session with a count beyond the previously given number will be subject to an additional fee. A session report must be run each session and given to the RBAY. N/A

Rubbish/Garbage Removal/Recycling The RENTER shall be responsible for the removal of all rubbish/garbage from the premises and surrounding parking lot area immediately following the event. All rubbish/garbage should be discharged into designated dumpsters on the premises. A charge of $100 shall be assessed if Kama‘aina Kids staff must remove rubbish/garbage. Overtime Fee. All events shall end at time designated in the agreement, with load out being completed by the time specified as the end of the rental period. In order for LESSOR to ensure an event is adequately staffed, XXXXXX is required to work with XXXXXX to develop a timeline of the event, which will be all inclusive from setup to clean up. An overtime charge of $50 per half hour will be charged for events that start or end outside of the final approved timeline of the event. This includes guests, vendors, wedding coordinators and/ or wedding parties arriving early or staying late unless prior arrangements have been made with the LESSOR. Notwithstanding the above, there is an additional fee of $250 per hour for events lasting longer than the event specified in the agreement.

Related to Overtime Fee

  • Overtime Payment Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a twenty-four (24) hour period, employees shall be paid double time. Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

  • Overtime Pay a) A casual employee shall be entitled to overtime pay in accordance with Article 27.05 in the following circumstances:

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.

  • Overtime Premium (a) Employees shall be entitled to payment of time and one-half (1-1/2X) the employee's basic straight time hourly rate for all authorized overtime work in excess of seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours in a tour of duty or in excess of the average full-time hours of work over the period scheduled by the Hospital. Such period for this purpose shall not exceed two (2) weeks. It is understood that no overtime will be paid where the time worked was a result of an exchange at shifts between employees. Overtime shall be distributed as equally as practical among those employees normally performing the type of work to be done on overtime. Notice of overtime work shall be given as soon as practically possible. It is understood and acknowledged that the Hospital has the right to require employees to perform reasonably authorized overtime work. Call-back shall not be considered as hours worked for purposes of this Article. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked.

  • Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates:

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.
