One Party definition

One Party and “the Parties” has the meaning as specified in the Foreword.
One Party refers to the consigner or the agent, and “both parties” refers to the consigner and the agent.

More Definitions of One Party

One Party means Leeds Capital or Customer, subject to availability. The "PIN" of the account means the personal identification number used by the customer to access the account. It serves as a security measure to identify and verify the identity of the authorized person who issued the instruction.   • Third Party(ies) means a person or entity who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party.
