Overtime Premium Pay. SECTION 1. An Employee who works in excess of forty (40) hours during their workweek shall be paid at the rate of time-and one-half (1-1/2) for all hours worked over forty (40). For the purpose of this Section, paid vacation shall count as hours worked.
