Overtime work definition

Overtime work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7 of this Agreement.
Overtime work means work performed:

More Definitions of Overtime work

Overtime work means the work done by an employee outside the agreed working hours at the request or with the agreement of his/ her employer.
Overtime work means work done in excess of one hour over the prescribed hours of work on any working day and includes work done on any Sunday or any other holiday.
