THE RENTER. The Renter intends to rent the Boat from the Owner using OBC’s services and agrees to the terms in this Agreement. The Renter is an individual who is deemed eligible by the OBC to rent the Boat in accordance with paragraph 12 to this Agreement. The Renter is not an agent of OBC for any purpose; and the Renter cannot assign, delegate, or transfer any of their obligations under this Agreement.

The OBC will make efforts to verify the identity and eligibility of renters to rent the Boat, however, cannot guarantee that all information provided by renters will be accurate.
