User Group Clause Samples

The User Group clause defines the specific set of individuals or entities who are authorized to access or use a product, service, or system under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, such as employees of a company, members of an organization, or users who have completed a registration process. By clearly identifying the permitted users, the clause helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures that only intended parties benefit from the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of misuse or security breaches.
