The rental is on a self-catering basis so the Xxxxxx must supply all consumables, apart from logs for the fire. Bed linen and towels will be provided by the owner at a cost of £8 per person-bed change and bath mats at £12 for all of the six bathrooms but no cot linen or cot bedding will be supplied; just the cot and mattress if you have requested it. Electricity will be metered and charged at the suppliers price per unit. The charges for electricity and sporting clays and cartridges if used will be deducted from the security deposit.

The Rental. Costumes/props may be picked up the business day prior to the event date. They are due back to the business day immediately following the event. If for any reason this day falls on a day that Backstage Closet is closed, items will be due back the next open business day. At pickup, the costume (including props/accessories, herein referenced as “Costume”) will be cleaned, in good repair, on hangers and in proper packaging to insure safe transport. Please return the items in the same manner. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN OR LAUNDER THE COSTUME YOURSELF. At the time of pickup the costume will have a hangtag attached with the Renter’s name, dates of rental term, itemization/description of each item along with any existing flaws or damage noted. The Backstage consultant will check off and review each item with the Renter to confirm everything leaves our facility in good, usable condition. Both parties will then initial the reverse side of this tag indicating agreement of items taken and their condition. This tag will be kept on file along with this Rental Agreement and will be used again to check the items back in at return. This check-in procedure is only to verify that all items are returned. A final invoice for damage, loss or extensive cleaning will be sent after the costumes are processed back into stock.

The Rental. The Owner agrees to list for rent, through OBC and the services it provides, the Owner’s Boat. Boat Rentals will be for the short-term personal use of the Boat by renters, in exchange for a pre- set rental fee, which will be paid by the renter directly to the OBC. All boat rentals approved by the OBC to renters, will be to OBC’s sole discretion.

The Rental a. The Subtenant shall pay from and after the "Rent Commencement Date" (as hereinafter defined) to the Sublandlord Base Rent, at the annual rate of: (i) $819,399.96 per annum during the period from the Commencement Date through December 31, 2001, payable in equal monthly installments of $68,283.33 each (plus annual operating cost increases as provided for in subparagraph 6(i) of this Sublease) based upon an annual rate of $24.10 per square foot on the area of the Sublet Premises; and (ii) $853,400.00 per annum during the balance of the Sublease Term, commencing January 1, 2002, in equal monthly installments of $71,117.00 each (plus annual operating cost increases as provided for in subparagraph 6(i) of this Sublease) based upon an annual rate of $25.10 per square foot on the area of the Sublet Premises. If the Commencement Date is a day other than the first day of a calendar month, then the Subtenant shall pay upon the Commencement Date a portion of the Base Rent pro rated on a per diem basis from the Commencement Date to the end of the month in which the Commencement Date occurs. Provided that the Subtenant is not in default beyond any applicable period of grace after notice, the Rent Commencement Date shall be defined as the first day following the third month anniversary of the Commencement Date.
