THE RENTAL PERIOD. The Rental Period shall commence on the date set forth above and shall include the date upon which the Equipment is picked up by the Lessee or the Lessee's agent (including any public carrier). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Rental Period and the term of this Lease shall end upon and include the earlier of the following dates:
THE RENTAL PERIOD a. The rental period shall include all time consumed in transporting the equipment. The rental period shall be measured from the date and time of delivery of the equipment by or to Renter or to a carrier from transit to the Renter, to and including the date such equipment is delivered to Highland at Highlands unloading point.

The rental period shall end on and include the day of Equipment pickup by the Lessor. The Lessee is responsible for the Equipment until it has been removed from the Lessee property. Rental rates are based on a rate schedule on Page 1 of this agreement.
THE RENTAL PERIOD. 4.1 The Rental Period which constitutes the object of this Agreement shall be 36 months, starting on April 15, 2011, and ending on April 14, 2014 (hereinafter: the “Rental Period”).

A one-day rental is considered a 24hr period with a maximum of 8 hours run time. Excess hours charged based on prorated term rates. Double shifts (16 hours) are charged at 1.5 times the standard Rental Rate. Triple shifts (24 hours) are charged at 2 times the standard Rental Rate. Weekly rates are 7 consecutive calendar days, Monthly rentals are 28 consecutive calendar days, Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are considered calendar days. Late return charges are applicable at the following rates: up to 3 hrs. Late: 20%, 3 hrs. - 4 hrs. Late: 50%, after 4 hrs. 100% of daily rate. Contract extensions must be requested and approved in advance with payment submitted to secure. (Equipment may be pre-booked for other customers and not available for extension.)
THE RENTAL PERIOD. 6.1. It is agreed with the parties that the Green Agreement will come to an end on 12.31.2021, so that this Agreement will apply starting 01.01.2022.

THE RENTAL PERIOD. In the event Lessee should fail to return the Craft to Lessor before the expiration of the Rental Period, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply to Lessee and shall bind Lessee until the Craft is duly returned, and LESSEE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR A PENALTY OF $30.00 PER FIFTEEN MINUTES OF INFRACTION, which shall be payable by way of deduction from Security Deposit or as damages.
THE RENTAL PERIOD. 7.1 The Lessor hereby rents to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby rents from the Lessor, the Rented Premises for the Rental Period, and in accordance with the provisions below.

During the rental period, the student may also live in the room during the Christmas, Easter and summer holidays and at the weekends.
