Code regulations definition

Code regulations means provisions applying as regulations made under a Code by reason of a provision of an Act that is a co-operative scheme law;
Code regulations means the provisions applying as regulations made under the Code because of section 7 of the Companies (Application of Laws) Act 1981;
Code regulations means the regulations (including any temporary regulations) from time to time promulgated under the Code. All references herein to sections of the Code Regulations shall include any corresponding provisions of succeeding, similar, substitute proposed or final Code Regulations.
