Overtime Payments. (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

Overtime Payments. It is the intent of the Employer to distribute overtime, wherever possible, in an equitable manner to employees available and able to perform the work. First consideration shall be given to employees within the job category. One and one-half (1 ½) times an employee’s base rate will be paid for hours worked in excess of seven and one-half (7 ½) hours in a work day except that two (2) times an employee’s base rate will be paid for:
Overtime Payments. Hours Worked Rate 7- ½ hour Standard Work Day 7 ½ - 11 ½ 1 ½ X Basic 11 ½ - 15 ½ 2 X Basic Over 15 ½ 2 ½ X Basic Minimum overtime shall be computed on fifteen (15) minute segments. Authorization – All overtime shall be authorized only by a representative of Management or their designate. Overtime will be offered to the most senior qualified employee. An employee may refuse to work overtime; however, if all employees in a classification, in a department, refuse to work or cannot be reached to do the work, the Company will require the most junior qualified employee in the classification in the department to do the work. Where such assignment constitutes more than sixteen (16) hours of overtime over the fourteen (14) day period the next most junior qualified employee may be so assigned. In the case of work or an assignment of a continuing nature or a business emergency, the employee who had been assigned to the work or assignment may be required to perform the overtime.
Overtime Payments. Full-time and Part-time Employees 25.01 For a Full-time employee overtime means the time worked: (a) in addition to 7 ½ hours of work on any day, or (b) on a day outside her scheduled work week. For a Full-time employee overtime means the time worked: (a) in addition to the assigned basic hours of work scheduled for that day depending on the chosen schedule, or (b) on a day outside her scheduled work weeks.
Overtime Payments. All Units except RC-10) Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a day. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a day, employees shall be paid double time. However, a full-time employee will not be eligible for pay at the applicable overtime rate for all time worked outside of the employee's normal work hours and/or work days, pursuant to this Article, only under the following circumstances:
Overtime Payments. (a) Employees who are called out to work on a day they are normally scheduled off shall be paid 200% of their normal straight-time rate for all hours worked.
Overtime Payments. All time worked in excess of the hours specified in Article 12.04 shall be paid for at the rate of double time. All overtime worked on scheduled days off in lieu of Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays shall be paid at the rate of double time. All time worked on annual vacation shall be paid for at double time plus regular salary.
Overtime Payments. All overtime shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the employees Taxable Net Wage except all hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours in one (1) day, Sundays and all Holidays listed in Article 9, Section 7, which shall be paid at the rate of double time. If work is performed on Designated Days Off, wages will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times the employees Taxable Net Wage. No overtime work shall be performed without a permit from the Local Union in the area where the work is being performed. Copies of overtime checks shall be mailed to the Local Union issuing the overtime permit, when requested by the Union.
