Reservations made within 60 days of the Rental Period require payment in full.
Upon Blue Sky’s successful delivery of such written notice to the Customer, the Customer shall have fourteen (14) days to object to the relocation and to provide Blue Sky with notice of non-renewal of the Rental Period.
For each Rental Period during the Term, Lessee shall pay to Lessor or its order Basic Rent in advance on each Rent Date.
Each subsequent Rental Period shall commence on the first Business Day of each month during the Term, and shall end on the day immediately preceding the first day of the next Rental Period, except that if a Rental Period would otherwise overrun the Expiry Date, it shall end on the Expiry Date.
Blue Sky delivers the Unit to a location of the Customer’s choosing (hereinafter the “Delivery Address”), where it remains for the duration of the Rental Period.
