Overtime Meal Allowance. (a) When an employee is required to work in excess of two and one-half hours overtime immediately before or after completion of their scheduled daily hours, they shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed with an overtime meal allowance, and a meal break of one-half hour with pay will be given. The overtime meal allowance shall be $15.30.
Overtime Meal Allowance. An Employee, who is required to work a minimum of three (3) hours' overtime immediately following her scheduled hours of work and where it is not practical for her to enjoy her usual meal time before commencing such work, shall be granted reasonable time with pay, as determined by the Employer, in order that she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to her place of work. Under such conditions she shall be provided a voucher for one (1) meal in the amount of $15.00 or where meal service is unavailable, the Employee will receive reimbursement in the amount of $15.00 through the payroll system.

Overtime Meal Allowance. An employee who works overtime beyond a regular shift shall be given the option of a suitable, wholesome hot meal supplied by the Employer or payment of one-third of the daily meal allowance per Clause 24.6(c), and a one-hour paid meal period in which to eat the meal at her straight-time hourly rate of pay, provided the overtime is in excess of two hours' work. The meal period may be taken before, during, or after the overtime work, as may be mutually agreed.

A meal break of one-half hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. A further meal or meal allowance of $15.30 and a meal break of one-half hour with pay shall be provided during each subsequent four hour overtime period. Where a meal is provided, employees will be advised of the details of the meal in advance. If the employee is unable to eat the meal provided, he or she will advise the Employer. The employee is then entitled to receive the meal allowance.
