Staging Area definition

Staging Area means a land-based holding area for artificial reef material where such material is stored and prepared for transportation to an approved artificial reef site.

Staging Area means an area or facility where solid waste is temporarily stored, sorted and/or processed for transport to a solid waste facility. Staging areas are prohibited unless specifically approved or permitted by the Secretary.
