Kitchen facilities means kitchen amenities including, but not limited to, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, and kitchen-type sink. Kitchen facilities means a space adapted to cooking or preparing food and containing one or more of the following: stove, oven, range, cook top, dishwasher or trash compactor.
