Non-Standard Work Day. An employee working a non-standard work day (of less than seven (7) hours) or work week (of less than thirty-five (35) hours) shall be paid at the straight time rate for all hours in excess of her approved work day or work week which do not qualify for overtime payment.
Non-Standard Work Day. Where the nature of a department, division of a department, or occupation requires daily hours of work other than the standard work day set out in paragraph (a), the normal work day for Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full- Time Employees in such operations shall be any seven (7), seven and one-half (7½) or eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of one-half (½) or one (1) hour lunch period. This provision shall apply to those positions and position classes set out in Schedule "B" and any additions agreed to subsequently by mutual consent of the parties hereto. The work day for part-time employees shall be in accordance with the "Employment Standards Act".
Non-Standard Work Day. Upon the prior written agreement of the teacher and the Superintendent, the teacher may be employed to regularly serve for a reduced work day. In such event, the teacher’s daily salary and the value of quantifiable benefits, including but not limited to compensated leave and group insurance, shall be prorated by multiplying the value of the benefit by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of hours in the work day and the denominator of which shall be seven (7).

This provision shall apply to those positions set out in the Schedules and any additions agreed to subsequently by mutual consent of the Employer and the Union.

This provision shall apply to those positions and position classes set out in Schedules "A" and "B" and any additions agreed to subsequently by mutual consent of the parties.
Non-Standard Work Day. (i) The following class of positions which is based on an eight (8) hour day/forty (40) hour week, may have daily hours of work Monday to Friday inclusive, varied by the Department Head, with the earliest starting time being 6:00 a.m. and the latest concluding time being 4:45 p.m. exclusive of lunch time: Equipment Operator III (Sweeper Operator). See related Letter of Understanding in Schedule "I".
Non-Standard Work Day. Work Week Under the conditions listed below employees can work “extended hours” (i.e. work outside of the standard work day or work week range, more than seven (7) hours in a day, or more than seventy (70) hours in a pay period all at straight time rates). Extended hours worked are banked at straight time rates and may be taken as cash or as time off at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and their supervisor. Extended hours may be implemented for any new employee hired or who posts into a position after 2014 March 04 within the Information Technology Services department or whose duties include special event or Council committee support under any of the following conditions:

This provision shall apply to those positions and position classes set out in Schedule and any additions agreed to subsequently by mutual consent of the parties hereto. The work day for part-time employees shall be in accordance with the "Employment Standards Act". Non-Standard Work Week the nature of a department, division of a department, or occupation requires a six or seven day operation per week, the normal work week for and Temporary Employees in such operations may be any five (5) consecutive days with two (2) days of rest. This provision shall apply to those positions and position classes set in schedule and any additions agreed to subse- quently by consent of the parties hereto. The normal work week for part-time employees in such shall be Monday to Sunday inclusive. Advance The will notify the Union at least seven days in advance of any additional positions or position classes to be included the provisions of a day or week other than those positions agreed to as set out in Schedule and shall advise the Union of the pay rates and working hours for such positions. Pay rates shall be subject to collective bargaining.
