Hour Day. The parties agree that the Chief may implement a 10-hour schedule that would modify the regular work day from an 8-hour day to a 10-hour day. If implemented, the parties will enter into a Letter of Understanding to address necessary contract modifications to account for a 10-hour day.
Hour Day. The workday may consist of twelve (12) hours' work to be completed within twelve and one-half (12 112) consecutive hours.

Hour Day. If a Cement Xxxxx starts work, he/she shall be guaranteed a minimum of eight (8) hours pay. This guarantee is eliminated in the event that work is discontinued due to breakdown of equipment, weather conditions, Acts of God, fire, accidents and other reasons beyond the control of the Employer, provided, however, that when a Cement Xxxxx starts working in foul weather for a contractor, the 8 hours’ pay guarantee shall be in force and effect. Hour Day. In regards to Article and the company, at its option, may adjust the working day to eight (8) hours from seven and one-half (7 for a period of time not less than one month.
