Regular Work Day. Unless agreed upon by the City and the Association as set forth below under the heading “Alternate Work Schedule”, a regular workday is a tour of duty of eight (8) hours of work completed within not more than twenty-four
Regular Work Day. A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Regular Work Day. Teacher leaders shall work an eight-hour work day exclusive of a forty-five-minute lunch period with no work responsibilities. The eight- hour work day shall include two ten-minute breaks.
Regular Work Day a. The regular work day shall be defined as the amount of time per day that teachers shall be required to be present at their assigned place of work during such days as determined by the Employer.
Regular Work Day. A regular work day is a work day that is not: a sixth (6th) day worked (Article 6.03); a seventh (7th) day worked (Article 6.04); twelve (12) or more consecutive days worked (Article 8.02), or a holiday worked (Article 6.06 / 8.05). A regular work day will be paid at straight-time (1X) for the first eight (8) hours worked, time and one-half (1.5X) for the ninth (9th), tenth (10th), eleventh (11th), and twelfth (12th) hours worked, double-time (2X) for the thirteenth (13th), fourteenth (14th), and fifteenth (15th) hours worked, and triple time (3X) for the sixteenth (16th) hour and all hours worked thereafter.
Regular Work Day a. CTEAC are exempt professional employees. The regular workday for CTEACs shall not exceed 8.0 hours.
Regular Work Day. FECs and CSCs shall work an 8 -hour workday, inclusive of a forty-five minute duty free lunch period. All travel time is part of an 8-hour workday, except travel to and from their first and last work location each day. The practice of one attendance swipes per day shall be maintained. The work day shall normally begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.; how- ever, the start and end times may vary per the manager or according to the school start and end times as well as any meetings prior to or after the regular work day (e.g., if an FEC or CSC is assigned to a school that starts at 8:30 a.m. and has mandatory administrative meet- ings at 7:30 a.m., the FECs or CSCs day would start at 7:30 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m.). It is understood that FECs or CSCs may be required to work outside their regular workday or workweek schedule.
Regular Work Day. ACs shall work an 8-hour work- day, inclusive of a forty-five minute duty free lunch pe- riod. All travel time is part of a 8-hour workday, except travel to and from the school each day. The practice of two attendance swipes per day shall be maintained. The work day shall normally begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.; however, the start and end times may vary ac- cording to the school start and end times as well as any meetings prior to or after the regular work day (e.g., if an AC is assigned to a school that starts at 8:30 a.m. and has mandatory administrative meetings at 7:30 a.m., the ACs day would start at 7:30 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m.). It is understood that ACs may be required to work outside their regular workday or workweek schedule.
