LOAN EQUIPMENT. 26.1 In circumstances where Goods or any specific components or parts thereof are removed from the Site in order to provide Warranty Services in accordance with Clause 25 above, or for any other reason as may be agreed by the parties, the Seller shall, upon the request of the University, be required to provide Goods of an identical or nearest equivalent specification on a free loan basis for the entire period of time for which the original Goods and/or specific components or parts thereof are held on the Seller’s site.

LOAN EQUIPMENT. The equipment, referred to in this Hire, consists of a laptop computer and power pack; crush proof carry case and the department’s standard suite of software, this includes Microsoft Office. For the purpose of this document, all of these items are referred to collectively as the ‘laptop’. Each laptop will be: • protected by anti-virus tools and automated updates • able to be used at home and at school for student learning • installed with the department’s standard suite of productivity software • protected by Computrace theft protection and Blue Coat internet filtering. Equipment ownership At the end of the loan period all laptops are to be returned to the IT Department of the school and will be cleared of any data and reimaged ready for the next school year. If the student leaves the school during the loan period, the laptop must be returned to the school. If the laptop is not returned, the full replacement cost will be invoiced. It is also a requirement of using the laptop that students provide authorised school staff with access to the laptop and personal holdings associated with the use of the laptop if requested. Fee for provision of laptop To participate in the NVSHS Hire parents/guardians are required to make a contribution. This will cover additional costs incurred by the school in providing and supporting the laptop. The student is responsible for the backup of all data. While at school, students are able to save data to the school’s network which is safeguarded by a scheduled backup solution. LOAN EQUIPMENT. Any loan equipment provided to the Customer is subject to IMV’s Equipment Provision Services Terms & Conditions, a copy of which is available on request. The loan equipment provided will be sufficient to allow you to capture im- ages as you would with the original equip- ment, but may not be identical to the equipment covered by this Agreement. LOAN EQUIPMENT. The Company will use its best endeavours to loan the customer equipment should the fault not be rectified on site. Whilst the loan equipment may not be a direct replacement the Company will use its best endeavours to provide a reasonable working solution. All loan equipment shall remain the property of the Company and will be provided free of charge and shall be utilised by the Customer for the total period that the faulty equipment is removed while being repaired until reinstalled by the Company. The Customer shall indemnify the Company in respect of any damage to, theft or loss to the loan equipment and shall ensure that the loan equipment is insured for its full value against all risks and shall hold the proceeds of insurance on trust for the Company.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide IC with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to IC the capital equipment or provides funds for IC to purchase it, then IC will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to IC for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and IC will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void. Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Stored equipment The village hall accepts no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or fees will be charged for each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. The village hall may, use its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Equipment and Facilities For On-Site Courses, you will supply the facility and equipment as set forth at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx. If Red Hat agrees to provide the training facilities and hardware, you will be liable for any loss or destruction of this equipment and hardware used in connection with the Training.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
