Antivirus Software definition

Antivirus Software means a program that monitors a computer or network to identify all major types of malware and prevent or contain malware incidents.

Antivirus Software shall include all such programs or programming in use as of the Effective Date (i) that are set forth in Schedule A, or (ii) as to which Supplier received reasonable notice and/or reasonable access prior to the Effective Date. Antivirus Software also shall include all such programs or programming selected on or after the Effective Date to the extent a Party has financial or operational responsibility for such programs or programming under Schedule J.1.
