Office Software means any third party computer software that is licensed for use on desktop or laptop "PC-class" computers or related local area network servers other than by a written agreement executed by the licensee, including software licensed by shrink wrap or click wrap licenses, the Microsoft Windows class of operating system software, and Microsoft Office or similar office productivity software (including individual programs contained therein). To the Company's knowledge there is no material default with respect to any license for the Office Software that is used in the Company's business.
