ICT network definition

ICT network means any network used in connection with the provision of an ICT service;
ICT network means the University information and communication technology network, including hardware, software and information as defined in these Rules, and all cabling linking the hardware. It includes wired, wireless, microwave and similar technologies used to link and access the hardware and software;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due.
