Customer Equipment definition

Customer Equipment means the Customer's computer hardware, not including stored data, and other tangible equipment placed by Customer in the Customer Area. The Customer Equipment shall be identified on Exodus' standard customer equipment list completed and delivered by Customer to Exodus, as amended in writing from time to time by Customer.
Customer Equipment means any equipment that is: (a) used by Customer in connection with the NBN Co Network, the NBN Co Platform, the National Test Facility or any Ordered Product; or (b) provided by or on behalf of Customer to any Downstream Customer to whom it supplies Customer Products for use in connection with the NBN Co Network or any Customer Product, but excludes all NBN Co Equipment and Common MDU Site Equipment.

Managed Take Over or Managed Implementation may show Customer Equipment needs upgrading before it can be managed.

The Customer shall ensure that any the Customer Equipment connected to or used with the Product and/or Service is connected and used in accordance with any instructions and safety and security procedures applicable to the use of that Customer Equipment.

Customer is responsible to refresh the Customer Equipment as required, including upgrades for Managed Device features, end-of-life conditions, and the like.

At Customer’s request and subject to the terms and conditions of a Statement of Work, CSG will consult with, assist and advise Customer regarding Customer’s discharge of its responsibilities with respect to Customer Equipment.


More Definitions of Customer Equipment

Customer Equipment means any equipment including any software, other than BT Equipment, used by you in connection with a Service.
