Customer Equipment definition

Customer Equipment means any equipment including any Purchased Equipment and any software, other than BT Equipment, used by you in connection with a Service.
Customer Equipment means all appliances, piping, vents, connectors, valves, fittings or any other gas utilization or distribution equipment at or on the Customer’s side of the Point of Delivery with the exception of Company owned facilities, e.g., Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) re-fueling facilities. Customer Equipment also includes equipment leased by the Customer from third parties.
Customer Equipment means the Customer's computer hardware, not including stored data, and other tangible equipment placed by Customer in the Customer Area. The Customer Equipment shall be identified on Exodus' standard customer equipment list completed and delivered by Customer to Exodus, as amended in writing from time to time by Customer.

  • Provider covenants not to attempt to access any information on the Customer Equipment without the prior written consent of Customer and Customer covenants not to provide Provider with access to such information without the prior written consent of Provider.

  • Customer will provide Provider with notice at least two (2) days before Customer desires to remove a significant piece of Customer Equipment from the Colocation Space so logistics may be arranged within the Premises.

  • In the event Customer has not removed the Customer Equipment as of the termination date, Provider may remove the Customer Equipment from the Colocation Space and place the Customer Equipment in storage at Customer’s risk and expense and/or, after providing Customer with at least thirty (30) days’ notice, dispose of the Customer Equipment unless an extension is mutually agreed upon in writing between the parties.

More Definitions of Customer Equipment

Customer Equipment means any Customer-owned or provided software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s). You agree to allow us and our agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or downloads to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give us access to the Customer Equipment. We reserve the right to disallow the use of Customer Equipment that we determine is not compatible with our network. We shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, or service Customer Equipment, including, but not limited to, Customer Equipment to which the Company or a third party has sent software or downloads. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.
Customer Equipment means Customer’s computer hardware, software and network infrastructure used to access the Security Services.
Customer Equipment means any equipment which you buy from us or obtain from a third party which is connected to the Network and used by you for the Service.
