Customer agrees to notify SDY of any changes in the Customer Equipment, including any system configuration changes or any hardware or software upgrades, which may affect the Services provided hereunder.
You expressly assume the risks inherent in connecting your internal network and your Customer Equipment to the Internet and in accessing and using the Internet through the Services.
The Customer shall ensure that any Customer Equipment that is connected to the Service by the Customer is technically compatible with the Service and approved for that purpose under any applicable law or regulation.
