Customer Equipment definition

Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
Customer Equipment means any equipment including any Purchased Equipment and any software, other than BT Equipment, used by you in connection with a Service.
Customer Equipment means all appliances, piping, vents, connectors, valves, fittings or any other gas utilization or distribution equipment at or on the Customer’s side of the Point of Delivery with the exception of Company owned facilities, e.g., Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) re-fueling facilities. Customer Equipment also includes equipment leased by the Customer from third parties.

  • MWFN Services shall have no obligation to provide, maintain or service Customer Equipment.

  • In addition, unless otherwise covered in a service protection plan purchased by you, you agree to pay charges for repair service calls resulting from issues with your inside wire on the customer side of the network interface device, your misuse of MWFN Equipment, or for issues caused by Customer Equipment or other equipment not supplied by MWFN Services.

  • Delivery means the Vessel leaving Rib-X’s premises for dispatch to the Customer Equipment means any Vessel, item of equipment, goods or services of whatsoever nature provided by Rib-X to the Customer.

  • If you install or use Customer Equipment that does not meet these requirements (“Nonstandard Equipment”), you agree (i) you will not be entitled to any customer support relating to the Nonstandard Equipment, and (ii) the following limitation of liability shall apply: NEITHER MWFN NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE NONSTANDARD EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU SUCCESSFULLY TO INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE OR USE THE SERVICES.

  • To effectively receive Services, any Customer Equipment must meet MWFN Services’ current minimum technical and other requirements as posted from time to time on the MWFN Services Website.


More Definitions of Customer Equipment

Customer Equipment means Customer’s computer hardware, software and network infrastructure used to access the Security Services.
Customer Equipment means any telecommunications apparatus or system owned controlled, or housed by the Customer;
Customer Equipment means customer premises equipment, any other customer receiving and transmitting equipment and any other equipment associated with the delivery of services (e.g., aircraft and maritime terminal equipment).
Customer Equipment means any equipment which you buy from us or obtain from a third party which is connected to the Network and used by you for the Service.
Customer Equipment means any apparatus used by the Customer to connect to or make use of a Service.
Customer Equipment means any Customer-owned or provided software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s). You agree to allow us and our agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or downloads to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give us access to the Customer Equipment. You should call Customer Service at 0-000-XXX-XXXX to find out if it meets our technical, security and other requirements. We reserve the right to disallow the use of Customer Equipment that we determine is not compatible with our network. We shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, or service Customer Equipment, including, but not limited to, Customer Equipment to which the Company or a third party has sent software or downloads. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.
Customer Equipment means the Customer's computer hardware, not including stored data, and other tangible equipment placed by Customer in the Customer Area. The Customer Equipment shall be identified on Exodus' standard customer equipment list completed and delivered by Customer to Exodus, as amended in writing from time to time by Customer.
