Customer Equipment definition

Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
Customer Equipment means any equipment including any Purchased Equipment and any software, other than BT Equipment, used by you in connection with a Service.
Customer Equipment means all appliances, piping, vents, connectors, valves, fittings or any other gas utilization or distribution equipment at or on the Customer’s side of the Point of Delivery with the exception of Company owned facilities, e.g., Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) re-fueling facilities. Customer Equipment also includes equipment leased by the Customer from third parties.

  • We may, but are not required to, terminate all or any portion of the installation or operation of the Services if a virus or other harmful feature or software is found to be present on your Customer Equipment.

  • The Minimum Customer Equipment Specifications may change, and Rincon may make reasonable efforts to support previously acceptable configurations; however, Rincon is not obligated to continue to provide such support.

  • It is also your responsibility to secure the Customer Equipment and any other Premises equipment or programs that connect to the Service from external threats such as viruses, spam, bot nets, and other methods of intrusion.

  • You also agree that you will not attach anything to the Inside Wiring, Polar Equipment or Customer Equipment, whether installed by you or us, which singly or together impairs the integrity of our network or degrades our network’s signal quality or strength or creates signal leakage.

  • Any Customer Equipment connected to the Customer Premises Equipment or otherwise used to access the Services must be technically compatible with the Customer Premises Equipment and the Services and shall be connected and used in accordance with such reasonable instructions, safety and security procedures as may be advised by FAHARI LINK at the time of installation.

Customer Equipment means any telecommunications apparatus or system owned controlled, or housed by the Customer;

We reserve the right to disallow the use of Customer Equipment that we determine is not compatible with our network. We shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, or service Customer Equipment, including, but not limited to, Customer Equipment to which the Company or a third party has sent software or downloads. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.
Customer Equipment means any apparatus used by the Customer to connect to or make use of a Service.
Customer Equipment means the Customer's computer hardware, not including stored data, and other tangible equipment placed by Customer in the Customer Area. The Customer Equipment shall be identified on Exodus' standard customer equipment list completed and delivered by Customer to Exodus, as amended in writing from time to time by Customer.
Customer Equipment means any Customer-provided equipment or wiring used in conjunction with and/or is connected to the Service. Customer Equipment includes, without limitation, all customer premises equipment (e.g., Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Key System, telephones, handsets, and computers). Customer Equipment also includes all equipment purchased by Customer from Allied or any third party.
