Customer Equipment definition

Customer Equipment means any equipment including any Purchased Equipment and any software, other than BT Equipment, used by you in connection with a Service.
Customer Equipment means the Customer's computer hardware, not including stored data, and other tangible equipment placed by Customer in the Customer Area. The Customer Equipment shall be identified on Exodus' standard customer equipment list completed and delivered by Customer to Exodus, as amended in writing from time to time by Customer.

  • WIN will provide Customer with electrical power as set forth in the Agreement, as required for the Customer Equipment at each switch site; however, Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with: (i) adding or modifying AC electrical units, (ii) termination of negative forty-eight (48) volt DC circuits, and (iii) installation of Customer apparatus needed to power the Customer Equipment, subject to WIN’s prior approval.

  • Such Customer Equipment shall be furnished by and maintained at the expense of Customer, except as otherwise provided.

  • Company will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any cause beyond Company's reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, fire, explosion, lightning, flood, earthquake, power surges or failures, strikes or labor disputes, floods, storms, tornadoes, acts of war, civil disturbances, acts of civil or military authorities or the public enemy, delays caused by Customer, Customer Equipment or Customer Service or equipment vendors or any other cause beyond Company's reasonable control.

  • Customer shall be limited to access and use of the Customer Area for the purpose of installing, operating, repairing, maintaining, replacing and removing Customer Equipment.

Customer Equipment means Customer’s computer hardware, software and network infrastructure used to access the Security Services.
Customer Equipment means any Customer-owned or provided software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s). You agree to allow us and our agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or downloads to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.
Customer Equipment means any apparatus used by the Customer to connect to or make use of a Service.
