Customer Equipment definition

Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
Customer Equipment means any equipment including any Purchased Equipment and any software, other than BT Equipment, used by you in connection with a Service.
Customer Equipment means the Customer-owned equipment, Customer-managed networks, and Customer-managed systems and systems interfaces, including associated software;

Examples of Customer Equipment in a sentence

  • Customer agrees to notify SDY of any changes in the Customer Equipment, including any system configuration changes or any hardware or software upgrades, which may affect the Services provided hereunder.

  • You expressly assume the risks inherent in connecting your internal network and your Customer Equipment to the Internet and in accessing and using the Internet through the Services.

  • The Customer shall ensure that any Customer Equipment that is connected to the Service by the Customer is technically compatible with the Service and approved for that purpose under any applicable law or regulation.

  • If your Customer Equipment impairs the Services, you will remain liable for payment of the applicable Fees for your Services.

  • Customer agrees that it shall be responsible for providing and maintaining its own Internet access and all necessary telecommunications equipment, software and other materials ("Customer Equipment") at Customer's location as necessary for accessing the Service through the Internet.


More Definitions of Customer Equipment

Customer Equipment means all appliances, piping, vents, connectors, valves, fittings or any other gas utilization or distribution equipment at or on the Customer’s side of the Point of Delivery with the exception of Company owned facilities, e.g., Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) re-fueling facilities. Customer Equipment also includes equipment leased by the Customer from third parties.
