Purpose of this Document. The purpose of this Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to provide clarity in terms of accountability, policy, operation and reporting procedures for each of the parties and in particular to:  reaffirm the scope of the scheme;  describe the roles and responsibilities of each party;  set out the financial arrangements; and  detail the arrangements for monitoring performance in relation to the scheme. The measures available under this scheme are listed at Annex 1.

Purpose of this Document. In November 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (“the AER”) approved a consolidated Access Arrangement under the National Gas Rules for: a the Gas Distribution System in Victoria which is owned by Australian Gas Networks (Vic) Pty Ltd (ABN 73 085 899 001) (“AGN Vic”); and b the Gas Distribution System in New South Wales which is owned by Australian Gas Networks (Albury) Limited (ABN 84 000 001 249) (“AGN Albury”), for the period 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022. This period was extended to 30 June 2023 by virtue of an Order in Council made on 28 September 2021 pursuant to section 64 of the National Gas (Victoria) Act 2008. This document contains the revised consolidated Access Arrangement for AGN Vic’s Victorian Gas Distribution System and AGN Albury’s New South Wales Gas Distribution System, which, if approved, will have effect for the period commencing on 1 July 2023 and ending on 30 June 2028. The geographical spread of the two Gas Distribution Systems is shown in Annexure A, with further detail provided in the Access Arrangement Information. A description of the Gas Distribution Systems can be inspected at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx. This Access Arrangement as revised describes the terms and conditions on which access will be granted to the Network, and contains the required elements of an Access Arrangement as described in Rule 48 of the Rules. This Access Arrangement is accompanied by Access Arrangement Information.
Purpose of this Document. This public document presents the first DMP for the MULTI-STR3AM project. It describes the overall Data Governance in the project including the lifecycle of data to be collected, generated, used or processed within the project and the handling of data, including methodologies, data sharing, privacy and security considerations, legal and regulatory requirements, informed consent, open access, for during and after the project. Purpose of this Document. This Access Arrangement is submitted by the Tubridgi Parties to the Gas Access Regulator, the Western Australian Office of Gas Access Regulation (‘the Regulator’), in accordance with section 2 of the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems (‘the Code’). This Access Arrangement applies to the Tubridgi Pipeline System, which is comprised of the Tubridgi Pipeline (WA PL16) and the Xxxxxxx Pipeline (WA PL19). These two pipelines both start at the Tubridgi Gas Plant, 25 kilometres south of Onslow, and end at Compressor Station No.2 (CS2) on Epic Energy’s Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP). A map illustrating the route of the Tubridgi Pipeline and Xxxxxxx Pipeline is included as Annexure A to this Access Arrangement. Further information about the Tubridgi Pipeline System is included in the Access Arrangement Information. Details of the terms and conditions which will apply in relation to third party access to the Tubridgi Pipeline System are set out in Annexure B of this Access Arrangement. Access Arrangement Information relating to this Access Arrangement has been submitted to the Regulator in accordance with section 2 of the Code.
