Laptop Computer. The Employee shall be provided with a laptop computer if the Employer deems it to be necessary for business purposes.
Laptop Computer. The insurance provided by this section extends to include worldwide cover on laptop computers. The liability of the insurer shall not exceed the limit of liability stated in the specification. Add on cover Rate suggested Laptop Computers 50% - 100% of the Policy rate on the limit selected Sum Insured: The sum insured should represent the total value of the Laptops owned by the insured or for which insured is legally responsible. Deductible: 5% of the sum insured for each and every equipment
Laptop Computer. At your option, the sale to you, on or about the time of your Last Day of Employment, with the ownership interest in the [MAKE AND MODEL NUMBER] laptop computer that the Company has assigned to you, Serial Number [XXXXXXX], as of the date of this Agreement and General Release, (“the Laptop”), for fair market value pursuant to the Company’s policy. You shall provide the Company with reasonable advance written notice prior to your Last Day of Employment as to whether you wish to purchase the Laptop. The ownership interest in the Laptop shall be transferred only after the Company has removed all confidential and proprietary information from the computer and taken any other measures it deems necessary to protect its interests. The Company shall deduct the amount due for the cost of the Laptop from the Severance Pay. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms set forth above shall have the meaning set forth in the Employment Agreement. In the event of Executive’s death or disability after the Last Day of Employment, Executive’s estate and beneficiaries, as applicable, shall receive the pay and benefits (or remaining portion thereof) the set forth in this Personal Statement of Termination Benefits, subject to Executive’s (or his estate’s) execution, delivery, and non-revocation of the General Release within the applicable time period. POST-EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS (as set forth in Employment Agreement and Management Equity Award Agreements): Non-competition: Two (2) years from Last Day of Employment Non-solicitation of clients and employees: Two (2) years from Last Day of Employment Confidential Information: No time limit Intellectual Property: No time limit For the avoidance of doubt, the term “affiliates” in the post-employment restrictive covenants in the Employment Agreement and your Management Equity Award Agreements only include entities owned by The Blackstone Group to the extent such entities are engaged in the same businesses of Travelport Limited and its subsidiaries as of the Last Day of Employment.
Laptop Computer. The Board of Education will provide a laptop computer and IPad to the Superintendent for both business and personal use. Any personal software that the Superintendent needs to be loaded onto the laptop computer must first be verified as compatible by the Monmouth Regional High School District Technology Supervisor.
Laptop Computer. The Company hereby agrees to furnish Executive with a laptop computer for Executive's use during the term of this Agreement.
Laptop Computer. The Company agrees to allow the Executive to retain the laptop computer used by him.

Laptop Computer. The Company agrees to allow Employee to take possession of the laptop computer and docking station currently assigned to him. Employee acknowledges and agrees, consistent with his obligations under the Confidentiality Agreement and Section 3 of this Agreement, that he will remove and not retain all Company property contained on this laptop by the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Laptop Computer. Gottfried shall be entitled to retain, for his personal use, the possession of, and Borland hereby transfers ownership of, the Borland-issued Dell Latitude Laptop Computer used by Gottfried prior to the Effective Date together with the related loaded software, accessories and power cords, provided that Gottfried shall remove all proprietary and confidential information that exists on such computer.
