Equipment definition

Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
Equipment means the Contractor’s equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.
Equipment means equipment (as that term is defined in the Code).

Examples of Equipment in a sentence

  • If Tenant desires to use the roof of the Project to install communication equipment to be used from the Premises and/or other equipment serving the Premises, Tenant may so notify Landlord in writing (“Roof Equipment Notice”), which Roof Equipment Notice shall describe the specifications for the equipment desired by Tenant and shall include elevations for such equipment.

  • Tenant shall use the Roof Equipment so as not to cause any material interference to other tenants in the Project or with any other tenant’s Roof Equipment, to the extent such other tenant’s Roof Equipment is being operated on the roof prior to the installation of Tenant’s Roof Equipment and there is no subsequent modification to such other tenant’s Roof Equipment or the operation of same, and not to damage the Project or interfere with the normal operation of the Project.

  • Except as expressly provided herein, Landlord makes no representation that the Roof Equipment will be able to receive or transmit communication signals without interference or disturbance (whether or not by reason of the installation or use of similar equipment by others on the roof of adjacent buildings) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant therefor.

  • All plans for the Roof Equipment must be provided to and approved by Landlord.

  • Landlord shall have the right to require Tenant to install aesthetic screening reasonably designated by Landlord if the Roof Equipment is visible from street level.


More Definitions of Equipment

Equipment means all present and future machinery, equipment, tenant improvements, furniture, fixtures, vehicles, tools, parts and attachments in which Borrower has any interest.
Equipment means any “equipment,” as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower or in which Borrower now holds or hereafter acquires any interest and any and all additions, substitutions and replacements of any of the foregoing, wherever located, together with all attachments, components, parts, equipment and accessories installed thereon or affixed thereto.
Equipment means all of Borrower's now owned and hereafter acquired equipment, machinery, computers and computer hardware and software (whether owned or licensed), vehicles, tools, furniture, fixtures, all attachments, accessions and property now or hereafter affixed thereto or used in connection therewith, and substitutions and replacements thereof, wherever located.
Equipment means goods other than inventory, farm products, or consumer goods.
