Where Goods are supplied for export from the UK, the provisions of clause 19 shall (subject to any special terms agreed in writing between Buyer and Seller) apply, notwithstanding any other provisions of these conditions, but without prejudice to clause 13.1.
Where Goods are customer collect and for export within the EC, the Buyer must provide a valid VAT number and documentation to prove export out of the UK.
Where Goods are supplied for export from the United Kingdom the provisions of this clause 12 shall (subject to any special terms agreed in writing between the Company and the Buyer) apply notwithstanding any other provision in these conditions.
