Acceptable Use. You agree that you are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your activities related to your use of the Service, regardless of the purpose of the use, and for all communications you send through the Service. We and our Service Providers have the right but not the obligation to monitor and remove communications content that we find in our sole discretion to be objectionable in any way. In addition, you are prohibited from using the Service for communications or activities that: (a) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (b) promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime; (c) defame, abuse, harass or threaten others; (d) include any language or images that are bigoted, hateful, racially offensive, vulgar, obscene, indecent or discourteous; (e) infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction; (f) impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (g) facilitate any viruses, trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information; (h) constitute use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered without our prior written permission; (i) constitute use of any device, software or routine to bypass technology protecting the Site or Service, or interfere or attempt to interfere, with the Site or the Service; or (j) may cause us or our Service Providers to lose any of the services from our internet service providers, payment processors, or other vendors. We encourage you to provide notice to us by the methods described in Section 6 of the General Terms above of any violations of the General Terms or the Agreement generally.
Acceptable Use. You may use the Product only in accordance with this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or work around technical limitations in the Product, except to the extent applicable law permits it despite these limitations. You may not disable, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to circumvent any billing mechanism that meters your use of the Online Services. You may not rent, lease, lend, resell, transfer, or host the Product, or any portion thereof, to or for third parties except as expressly permitted in the Online Services Terms.
Acceptable Use. Client acknowledges and agrees that Lanyon does not monitor or police the content of communications or data of Client or its users transmitted through the Services, and that Lanyon shall not be responsible for the content of any such communications or transmissions. Client shall use the Services exclusively for authorized and legal purposes, consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and Lanyon’s policies, including, but not limited to, Lanyon’s Privacy Policy. Client is solely responsible (a) for making sure that the disclosure and use of data, content and information provided to Lanyon does not violate any applicable law or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party and (b) for the appropriate use of any reports and other materials prepared by Lanyon in a manner that will not violate any applicable law or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Client agrees not to post or upload any content or data which (a) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening; (b) violates the rights of others, such as data which infringes on any intellectual property rights or violates any right of privacy or publicity; or (c) otherwise violates any applicable law. Lanyon may remove any violating content posted or transmitted through the OnDemand Services, without notice to Client. Lanyon may suspend or terminate any user’s access to the OnDemand Services upon notice in the event that Lanyon reasonably determines that such user has violated the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Acceptable Use. Internet services, equipment, wiring and/or jacks may not be tampered with or modified. Internet users shall not setup, host or maintainservertype services. The Internet may be used for only legal purposes and to access only those systems, software and data for which the user is authorized. Sharing access to copyrighted material on the network is prohibited. Be advised that LANDLORD and LANDLORD-approved providers will cooperate fully with any law enforcement agency or official in the disclosure of all pertinent information pertaining to any investigation or prosecution of illegal conduct by an individual or within a UNIT where access of the Internet services were obtained. Tenant consents to any and all such disclosures. All users of the Internet are advised to consider the open nature of information disseminated electronically, and should not assume any degree of privacy or restricted access to such information. LANDLORD and LANDLORD-approved providers strive to provide the highest degree of security for transferring data, but cannot be held responsible if these measures are circumvented and information is intercepted, copied, read, forged, destroyed or misused by others.
Acceptable Use. You agree to not access, collect, use, or disclose any clinical or other patient information maintained in the Pharmacy Network, for any purpose or in any way other than those authorized by and under the direction and supervision of a registered, licensed pharmacist. You agree that you will not use the Pharmacy Network for an illegal or improper purpose, or take steps that would have a negative impact on the security, integrity or functioning of the Pharmacy Network .
Acceptable Use. You will comply with the AWS Acceptable Use Policy found at xxxxx://, which is incorporated in the Agreement by this reference.
Acceptable Use. Unless you subscribe to a plan that expressly permits otherwise, you agree to use the Voice Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes; however, you are permitted to use the Voice Services to make business calls that are incidental to your personal and non-commercial use of the Voice Services. You expressly agree not to use the Voice Services for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or fax blasting, or for any other use that results in harm to the Company’s network; fraud, or excessive usage inconsistent with normal residential calling patterns. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your Voice Services are being used for any of the aforementioned activities, we reserve the right (i) immediately and without notice to terminate or modify the Services and (ii) to assess additional charges for each month in which excessive usage occurred.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Course or the Website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Course or the Website in any way that could damage the Course, Website, Services, or general business of the Course Provider.
Acceptable Use. You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms, subject to the following restrictions. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms and/or any applicable Schedule, and except to the extent you are so permitted to for the purposes of resale or install the Services to End-Users in accordance with these Terms, you will not (and shall not authorize nor permit any End-User or other third party, to), directly or indirectly: (a) market, sell, license, lease, provide or make available to a third party, or otherwise distribute, host or otherwise exploit, directly or indirectly, any Services; (b) copy, modify, alter, duplicate, decompile, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services (or any component thereof) or any software, documentation or data related to the Services (or any portion thereof); except to the extent that enforcement of the foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) frame or mirror any content forming part of the Services; or (d) access and use the Services in order to (i) build a competitive product or services, or (ii) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Services; (e) modify, translate, create derivative works based on the Services (except to the extent expressly permitted by RISCO or authorized within the Services); (f) misuse the Services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful (“Malicious Code”); (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any server, computer or database connected to the Services or attack the Services via a denial-of-services attack or a distributed denial-of services attack; (h) use the Services to store or transmit, infringing or otherwise unlawful, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights; and/or (i) remove, obscure or alter in any manner any trademarks, trade names, copyright notices or other proprietary or confidentiality notices or designations of RISCO, contained or displayed in or on the Services.
Acceptable Use. Customer shall comply with the AUP. Customer shall not: (a) use the System for service bureau or time-sharing purposes or in any other way allow third parties to exploit the System; (b) provide System passwords or other log-in information to any third party; (c) share non-public System features or content with any third party; or (d) access the System in order to build a competitive product or service, to build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the System, or to copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the System. In the event that it suspects any breach of the requirements of this Section 5.1, including without limitation by Users, Vendor may suspend Customer’s access to the System without advanced notice, in addition to such other remedies as Vendor may have. Neither this Agreement nor the AUP requires that Vendor take any action against Customer or any User or other third party for violating the AUP, this Section 5.1, or this Agreement, but Vendor is free to take any such action it sees fit. Unauthorized Access. Customer shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to the System, including without limitation by protecting its passwords and other log-in information. Customer shall notify Vendor immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the System or breach of its security and shall use best efforts to stop said breach.
