Fitness Memberships. This initiative is designed to promote regular physical fitness activity. NSS will reimburse employees up to $156.00 per calendar year on a prorated basis for fitness club memberships. Claims are to be submitted in December of each year for that calendar year’s expense. All claims must be accompanied by receipts and are subject to management approval. 47 DENTAL PLAN Effective January 1, 2001 the following applies:  Coverage for Class B Services (excluding orthodontics) – increased from 75% to 85% coverage.  Dental Predetermination is now valid for 6 months instead of 12 months  Effective January 1, 2001 there must have been a 9 month period since the date of the last Recall appointment. This does not change entitlement to the units available for scaling and polishing. AMEC NSS will reimburse employees up to $200 per calendar year on a prorated basis for fitness club memberships from April 1, 2014. Fitness Memberships. In accordance with the recently approved program approved by Council for all Town staff it is agreed that the Town will provide, free of charge, Full Fitness Memberships to employees which will include participation in the early morning/lane swim sessions. Failure to achieve a passing grade will result in a transfer from the Water and Wastewater section. Withdrawal for further support from the Town towards certification will be reviewed on an individual basis, but will not be unreasonably denied.   • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.
