Fee Guide definition

Fee Guide means the Schedule of Administrative Fees which is attached as Schedule “B” hereto, forming part of this Agreement;
Fee Guide means the Escondido Fee Guide for Developments, attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Fee Guide means the Fee Schedule and/or list of procedures in use by the Carrier for Dentists, Dental Specialists, and Denturists that contains eligible dental services, financial limits, treatment frequencies, and fees in effect on the date the dental services are performed or where this is not available, means the Canadian provincial dental fee guide for Dentists, Dental Specialists, and Denturists that contains dental services and fees in effect on the date the dental services are performed.

  • Reimbursement will be pro-rated and reduced accordingly, when time spent by the dentist is less than the average time assigned to a dental service procedure code in the applicable Fee Guide shown in the Schedule of Benefits;4.

  • Effective January 1st of each year of the Collective Agreement, the dentist fees will be paid up to the amounts shown in the current Ontario Dental Association (ODA) Fee Guide.

  • Reimbursement is based on a two (2) year lag to the British Columbia Dental Association Fee Guide.

  • Any payment made under this provision will be in accordance with the current Fee Guide for General Practitioners published by the Ontario Dental Association.

Fee Guide means the Escondido Fee Guide for Developments, attached hereto as
Fee Guide means charges as set out in the Provincial Fee Guide for general practitioners and specialists as approved and published by the Provincial Dental Association in the Province or Territory in which the service is rendered or the charge for services rendered by a Denturist as stated in the Schedule of Fees published by the appropriate organizations in the Province or Territory in which the service is rendered. For Services rendered in Alberta, “Fee Guide” shall mean the 1997 Alberta Dental Association fee guide, plus an inflationary adjustment as determined by The Co-operators.

  • Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Fxxxxx Mae Guides The Fxxxxx Mxx Selling Guide and the Fxxxxx Mae Servicing Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.

  • Fitch Guidelines means the guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with Fitch’s ratings of the VMTP Shares.

  • Xxxxxx Xxx Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx' Guide and the Xxxxxx Xxx Servicers' Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).

  • Xxxxxxx Mac Guide The Xxxxxxx Mac Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;
