Passing grade must be obtained (A, B, C & D, S or P for Undergraduate; A, B, & C for Graduate).
Any Employee who has received written authorization in accordance with this provision and who has received a passing grade (Passing grade shall be defined as a “C” or grade point equivalent) in a course or class of not less than one (1) semester's duration shall receive the sum of One Hundred and ($100) Dollars within thirty (30) days from the date written verification of a passing grade received from the appropriate institution.
No later than June 1 of each fiscal year, any employee seeking fee or tuition reimbursement for conferences, workshops or coursework taken during the fiscal year must submit a written application to the District Office, attaching proof of pre-approval and proof of a "C" or "Passing" grade for graded coursework.
Passing grade for an employee hired after October 16, 1962 entering the program shall be forty (40) or higher.
Prerequisite: ENGL 301 and BIBL 305 (Pass/Fail – Passing grade is 80% and above) FEDU 409 - Classroom Practicum in Education 2: Internship experience for students who plan to teach in elementary, secondary, or ESL classrooms focusing on Educator Preparation Program (EPP) instructional plan.
