Membership Dues. Association membership dues, as explicitly approved by the Trustees;
Membership Dues. The Company will reimburse the Executive for: (a) the monthly dues necessary to maintain a full membership in a club in the Oklahoma City area selected by the Executive; and (b) the reasonable cost of any approved business entertainment at such club. All other costs, including, without implied limitation, any initiation costs, initial membership costs, personal use and business entertainment unrelated to the Company will be the sole obligation of the Executive and the Company will have no liability with respect to such amounts.

In each fiscal year, the Appointing Authority may reimburse each supervisor in the bargaining unit for membership dues paid to professional organizations related to the supervisor's job, up to a cumulative maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). However, the Appointing Authority shall not reimburse membership dues to a supervisor for payment to an organization, one of whose purposes is to negotiate terms and conditions of employment of supervisors with the Employer.

The Union may uniformly increase or reduce the amount to be withheld by notifying the University a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the pay date on which the change is to be implemented; the Union may make one (1) such change each calendar year of this Agreement. In the event the Union and/or its affiliates believe that membership in the Union and/or its affiliates obligates a member or members of the bargaining unit to pay dues in addition to the dues established by this article, collection of such dues shall be the sole responsibility of the Union and/or its affiliates, and the University shall have no obligation to the Union for collection of such additional dues.

Membership Dues. The Board will deduct from the pay of each employee who so authorizes it the required amount of fees for the payment of state and local dues of the bargaining unit on a monthly basis. The authorization of membership shall be continuous and revocable. In order to withdraw membership from the Union, an employee must execute and deliver a written withdrawal request in accordance with the procedure listed on the membership application signed by the employee: a copy of such procedure shall be provided to the Board Treasurer/CFO. To the extent allowable by law, dues deduction authorization may not be revoked at any time or in any manner except as provided in the OAPSE membership application signed by the employee. OAPSE will notify the school district Treasurer/CFO when the dues deduction authorization is properly withdrawn by the employee. State dues shall be sent to the State OAPSE Treasurer. Local dues shall be sent to the Local Treasurer. The Board agrees not to honor any check off authorization or dues deduction authorization executed by any employee in the bargaining unit in favor of any other labor organization. Dues shall be deducted for months worked only. Subject to the above, Local 102 agrees to hold the Board harmless and to defend the Board in any suit, claim or administrative proceeding arising out of or connected with the imposition, determination, or collection of service fees or dues, to indemnify and defend the Board for any liability imposed on it as a result of any such suit, claim or administrative proceeding. The Union shall select qualified, competent attorneys. Such indemnification and defense shall not extend to claims against the Board for discrimination on the basis of race, sex or national origin because of clerical or other errors by Board employees. For purposes of this Section, the term “Board” includes the Board of Education of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District, its members, the Treasurer/CFO, Superintendent and all members of the administrative staff. Should this indemnification agreement be found invalid or void by any court, the entire Section may be reopened for negotiations by request of either party. Membership Dues. As a Virgin Active member you are personally responsible for payment to us of the Membership Dues and any other ongoing payments set out in your Membership Application Form as they fall due. As a Member, your Membership Dues are payable for the whole of your Initial Commitment Period at the total cost set out in your Member Application Form. Your Membership Dues are due for the whole of each fortnightly billing period even if your membership is terminated during that fortnightly billing period (unless you have terminated under paragraph 8.2(b)). If your first fortnightly period includes a partial fortnightly billing period, your Membership Dues for that period will be calculated on a proportional basis according to the number of days remaining in that fortnightly billing period. Membership Dues vary depending on your type of membership and also vary from Club to Club. You must pay the Membership Dues applicable to your Home Club and your Membership Type at the relevant time. You may only pay your Membership Dues in advance by direct debit or periodic credit card authority under your Payment Authority Form. No other form of payment will be accepted. You will not be allowed to access to the Club if your Membership Dues remain outstanding. We will collect any outstanding amounts and any charges we incur from late payment through your Payment Authority Form (if applicable).
