Electronic Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate security and control over your user IDs, passwords and computer systems. You should not communicate sensitive information to us via unencrypted email, including your account number. You agree to keep and to require Your Personnel keep your user IDs and passwords secret and you agree to prevent unauthorized access to your computer systems. You agree to notify us immediately if your user IDs or passwords are lost or stolen or if you believe someone else has discovered your user IDs or passwords or if you suspect there has been a breach of your computer system. You should change your user IDs and passwords whenever any person with access to them transfers to a new assignment, leaves your employ or is no longer authorized to use them or if you believe that security of your user IDs or passwords has been compromised. We also recommend that you regularly change your user IDs and passwords. We are authorized to act on, to release your account information to, and to accept as your authentic instructions, any instructions given to us by, any person who has entered a user ID and password assigned to you. If a security breach occurs, unless our internal security is proved to have been breached, there shall be a presumption that your security has been breached.

Electronic Security. You understand and acknowledge that if you do not implement and follow commercially reasonable hardware, software, physical access and physical storage security procedures regarding data owned by you, including sensitive personally identifiable information ("PII"), the security of your deposits and/or data may be compromised. You understand, acknowledge and agree that the installation, maintenance and operation of your mobile device (hardware and software) and related security procedures, including, but not limited to, data security protection, firewalls and anti-virus software, is your sole responsibility, and that you are solely responsible for securing, encrypting, protecting and otherwise safeguarding the data owned by you.

Electronic Security. Except pursuant to a court order, the District will not allow the installation of a video camera or use other video technology in a classroom or an Association-represented employee’s assigned workspace without the prior written approval of the Association President. Cameras in large, shared common workspaces will be turned off during instructional time. In the event of a request for such approval, the President will respond in writing within three (3) school days of the request. The District will notify the Association should a court order be issued within 48 hours. The District will not use other electronic equipment or digital technology to observe or monitor an employee in a classroom or workspace without the employee’s prior knowledge and permission. Such technologies may be used to observe or monitor an employee without an employee’s permission only to document or investigate specific allegations of misconduct, provided the Association is notified within twenty-four (24) hours of such use by the District or agents of the District. The District and Association will review any allegation that a video camera is observing or monitoring a workspace. In places where video cameras are not adjusted, alternative workspaces or options will be provided.

Electronic Security. Electronic media of any type or format supplied to the Authority by the Contractor must be checked for viruses before shipment. The Contractor must provide details of the computer virus detection and virus eradication software (or hardware) that is used to prevent infection and the frequency at which it is updated. Programme management The Contractor has nominated its Business Analyst as Programme Manager to be the principal point of contact for the Authority in respect of this Contract. He will be responsible for:  maintaining an overview of the programme;  managing members of the project team and any sub-contractors;  ensuring that all work is undertaken in accordance with this specification and the terms and conditions of Contract;  ensuring that all targets are met and timetables adhered to;  informing the Authority‟s Contract manager as soon as practically possible in addition to providing an interim report at each milestone stage if projects meet obstacles that may necessitate a change in the work programme or a re-scheduling of work; and  ensuring probity in the financial management of the Contract. The Authority will appoint a Contract Manager who will be the contact point for day-to-day contact. This official will chair a steering group that will meet at approximately six-month intervals. The responsibility for organising these meeting will remain with the Contractor who will also be responsible for providing a secretariat. The Contractor will, where relevant, use parts of its existing system of management control to run this programme. Should any major contention arise it should be referred directly to the Chairman of the Trustees, since it is they who are responsible for the satisfactory conduct of the Contractor‟s activities, or of any who may be contracted to it in any way. Financial management The Contractor operates a professional computer based finance system that can provide a full audit trail for transactions.
