Board Members definition

Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.
Board Members is defined in Section 1 of Exhibit 6.1 attached hereto.

  • Participation of a Member in the CCA program may be terminated for material non-compliance with provisions of this Agreement or any other agreement relating to the Member’s participation in the CCA Program upon a vote of Board Members as provided in Section 8A.
