Security and control. The Licensee shall during the continuance of the Licence: 9.1 effect and maintain adequate security measures to safeguard the Licensed Program Materials from access or use by any unauthorised person; 9.2 maintain a full and accurate record of the Licensee's copying and disclosure of the Licensed Program Materials and shall produce such record to the Licensor on request from time to time.

Security and control. The Executive must: (a) Take all reasonable proper and effective precautions to maintain the confidential nature of the Confidential Information; and (b) Immediately notify the Company of any potential, suspected or actual unauthorised access, disclosure, copying or use or breach of clause 24.1.

Security and control. Licensee’s obligations: During the term of this agreement the Licensee shall: 3.1. effect and maintain adequate security measures to safeguard each Product from access or use by any person not entitled by this agreement to such access or use; and 3.2. retain each Product and all copies of the Product under the Licensee’s effective control; and 3.3. maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the number and location of each Product used by the Licensee; 3.4. ensure that its employees, agents and other parties who will use any Product are notified of this agreement and its terms prior to any such employee, agent or party using the Product; and 3.5. Where the Data contains information about identifiable individuals, the licensee agrees the following additional provisions: • To comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act 2020, including the information privacy principles, in respect of the Data as if you were an “agency” under that Act. • To not allow the Data to be indexed by any public internet web search engine and must ensure that all third parties to whom You provide the Data (whether or not supplied by You in a modified form or compilation) do the same. • To not do, or omit to do, anything that would cause LINZ to breach its obligations under the Privacy Act 2020. • To not use the Data for any unlawful purpose and must comply with all laws. • To not use the Data in Unsolicited Direct Marketing nor in recipient lists provided by You to other parties which are likely to be used for Unsolicited Direct Marketing. Unsolicited Direct Marketing means a targeted marketing communication, in any form, that the recipient has not consented to receiving. • To within 5 business days of LINZ’s request to do so: o amend or delete the Data (or any part of the Data) as requested by ▇▇▇▇; o ensure that all third parties to whom You provided the Data (whether or not supplied by You in a modified form or compilation) do the same; and o provide evidence satisfactory to LINZ that the Data has been so amended or deleted.

Security and control. Customer shall during the continuance of the Agreement take all reasonable measures to safeguard the Software and documentation from access or use by any unauthorised person. Customer agrees to hold all sensitive information relating to Bromcom Products (including without limitation training literature, other documentation etc.) in confidence and not to divulge to any third party. Customer shall promptly provide Bromcom with full details of any actual or proposed claim or threatened claim concerning alleged infringement of copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, patent etc. by Bromcom or associated companies that it is aware of and before the commencement of any such proceedings in accordance with the provisions of this section 14.

Security and control. Club may control access to the PHL Seats through the use of security personnel and/or security devices, and may access the PHL Seats at any time and to such extent as Club deems necessary. Each person in the PHL Seats must have a valid Ticket for the specific Game or Event occurring at that time. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Club will have no duty to provide security protection or to monitor access to the PHL Seats. Licensee assumes full responsibility at all times for protecting all personal effects of Licensee from theft, robbery and trespass.

Security and control. (a) The CLIENT shall during the continuance of the Telupay Mobile Banking Service, effect and maintain the highest international security standards for commercial operations that conduct similar business operations to that of the CLIENT to safeguard The Telupay Mobile Banking Service and/or Telupay Mobile Banking Solution from access or use by any unauthorised person by: (1) ensuring that Information is only transmitted to those of its officers and employees who need to know the Information, who are properly informed of the confidential nature of the Information, whose names and titles have been previously disclosed in writing to the SERVICE PROVIDER, and, who have agreed beforehand in writing to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold access to and/or disclosure of all or part of the Information to any person or entity in cases where it considers such disclosure may compromise the confidentiality, secrecy and/or integrity of the Information; (2) maintaining a secure location within the premises of the CLIENT identified to the SERVICE PROVIDER in which The Telupay Mobile Banking Service and/or Telupay Mobile Banking Solution shall be stored. Such secured location shall be accessible only by authorised employees who shall be required to sign in and out each time such employees visit such secured location. When Information is not in use, such information shall be stored in a locked safe at such secured location provided that the SERVICE PROVIDER shall have reasonable access to the same upon prior written approval of the CLIENT. The CLIENT may store The Telupay Mobile Banking Service and/or Telupay Mobile Banking Solution at more than one secure location with the prior written approval of the SERVICE PROVIDER, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed; (3) maintaining a security log of periodic tests of security, distribution of Information from one secure location to another (if applicable), and breaches of security at all secure locations; (4) maintaining sole possession of the operating system and root user password on the Equipment and serial numbers for the Telupay Mobile Banking Service and/or Telupay Mobile Banking Solution; (5) maintain sole control of its network and physical facilities; (6) subject to pertinent governmental rules and regulations and subject to the CLIENT's prior written approval, allow the SERVICE PROVIDER and their respective em...

Security and control. The Customer must during the continuance of the Licence: 6.1 effect and maintain adequate security measures to safeguard the usernames and passwords provided by StarTraq to its Users from access or use by any unauthorised person; and 6.2 maintain a full and accurate record of the Customer’s copying and disclosure of such usernames and passwords, and produce such record to StarTraq on request from time to time.
