Risk Register. 10.5 The ICB must maintain a risk register in respect of its exercise of the Delegated Functions and periodically review its content. The risk register must follow such format as may be notified by NHS England to the ICB from time to time.

Risk Register. Consultant shall prepare and maintain a Risk Register that identifies project risks, probabilities, mitigation measures, and ownership using the Program’s Risk Matrix and Assessment template. The Risk Register shall list interfaces with other projects, possible schedule impacts, and contingency plans. The Risk Register shall be updated on a monthly basis and submitted with Monthly Progress Reports.
