Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and/or performed by the Contractor pursuant to the Contract, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.

Except as provided in Section 5.4 of this Contract, the Contractor agrees that all documents and materials, including but not limited to, reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, tests, maps, photographs, designs, software, equipment, graphics, mechanical, artwork, computations and data prepared by or for the Contractor for purposes of this Contract (Work Product) shall become and remain the sole and exclusive property of the State and shall be available to the MHBE at any time.

More Definitions of Contract Work

Contract Work and “Work” shall mean everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract or any Work Order. This shall include, without limitation, all services required to complete the assigned tasks in accordance with the Contract documents including labor, Materials, superintendence, management, administration, equipment and incidentals including cleaning, and obtaining any and all regulatory agency approvals such as permits, certifications and licenses, necessary and required to complete the Work.
Contract Work means the work that you may perform for Clients in the Category or Categories of Law and/or Class(es) of Work specified in your Schedule(s) and the Specification under, or by virtue of, this Contract;
Contract Work means the work that you will perform for Clients in the Category or Categories of Law and/or Class(es) of Work specified in your Contract For Signature and the Specification under and in accordance with the requirements of this Contract;
