Terminate all orders and subcontracts to the extent that they relate to the performance of work terminated by the Notice of Termination.
RRC may, at its sole option and discretion, terminate this Contract at any time, for any reason whatsoever, in whole or in part, by giving written notice ("Notice of Termination") to Vendor at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of termination or reduction in the scope of work.
