Notice of Termination means a written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.

Examples of Notice of Termination in a sentence

Termination of services hereunder shall be affected by delivery to the Consultant of a Notice of Termination specifying the extent to which performance of services under this Agreement is terminated and the date upon which such termination becomes effective.
