Sensitive Information definition

Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.
Sensitive Information means any Information that is collected, processed, maintained, used, shared, or disseminated in connection with this Order that warrants protection to ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability including, but not limited to, any Northrop Grumman Proprietary Information and third party proprietary Information, Personal Information, Federal Contract Information as defined in FAR 52.204-21, Covered Defense Information as defined in DFARS 252.204-7012, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) defined in the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Registry.
Sensitive Information means any information the loss, misuse, or modification of which, or unauthorized access to, could adversely affect the national interest or the conduct of Federal programs, or the privacy to which individuals are entitled under 5 U.S.C. 552a (the Privacy Act), but which has not been specifically authorized under criteria established by an Executive Order or Act of Congress to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign policy.

  • Before publishing the Transparency Information to the general public in accordance with clause A14.a, the Authority shall redact any Information that would be exempt from disclosure if it was the subject of a request for Information under the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, and any Information which has been acknowledged by the Authority at Schedule 9 – Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • The Authority shall be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion and notwithstanding any other provision in this Framework Agreement or any other agreement whether the Commercially Sensitive Information and/or any other Information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion and notwithstanding any other provision in this Call-Off Agreement or any other agreement whether the Commercially Sensitive Information and/or any other Information (including Supplier’s Confidential Information) is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations.


More Definitions of Sensitive Information

Sensitive Information means information whose availability for inspection by the public creates, or is likely to create, a serious risk that you or a person who lives with you may be subjected to violence or intimidation.
Sensitive Information means the Government’s nonpublic planning, budgetary, and acquisition information (to include source selection sensitive, advanced acquisition, and contractor information), and any contractor technical data or computer software delivered to the Government with other than unlimited rights as defined in clause CI 227-2, and marked with a conforming marking.

Sensitive Information means information relating to a member’s interests that the monitoring officer has determined need not be included in the member’s registration of an interest or any change to that interest, by virtue of the fact that its availability for inspection by the public is likely to create a serious risk that any person may be subjected to violence or intimidation
Sensitive Information means information that is not specifically protected by law, but should be limited to official use only, and protected against unauthorized access.

Sensitive Information means information relating to a person’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, trade unions or other professional or trade association membership, sexual preferences or criminal record, that is also personal information; and health information about an individual.
