Jury Duty and Witness Duty. 13.01 An employee who is called for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness shall be excused from work for any day they are required to report for such jury or witness duty and shall receive for each such day on which they otherwise would have worked, the difference between their regular scheduled days rate and the proof of payment they receive for jury and witness duty.
