Service Fees definition

Service Fees means all the fees paid by Party A to Party B for its services in accordance with Article 3 of this agreement.

Service Fees means the amounts payable by AHS to the Operator for the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Service Fees means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.

Examples of Service Fees in a sentence

• Service fees under bilateral FatCat Easy Procurement are recognized as interest income in the Accountants’ Report in accordance with IFRS 9, which does not distinguish between principal and agent.

• Service fees under bilateral Bai Tiao are recognized as interest income in the Accountants’ Report in accordance with IFRS 9, which does not distinguish between principal and agent.

Service Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Service Fees means the charges specified in the SLA, which are payable by the Customer to Pentana Solutions in respect of the Services; Service Level Agreement means a written or unwritten contract, arrangement or understanding entered into between the parties for specific products, services and systems provided by Pentana Solutions to the Customer and is also referred to as an SLA; and
