Monies Received definition

Monies Received means all monies actually and irrevocably received by the Trust from time to time as a distribution on the Class B Interest or pursuant to a Sale of the Class B Interest by way of auction under Section 3.03 of the Series Asset LLC Agreement provided that “Monies Received” shall not include amounts received by the Trust which are applied in paying any amounts due to the Lenders under the Facility Agreement (including, without limitation, prepayments) or monies previously irrevocably paid to the Counterparty hereunder.
