Jury Duty and Witness Duty. The Employer shall grant paid leave of absence to an employee who is called as a juror or subpoenaed as a crown witness. The employee will be paid the difference between any jury service fees or crown witness fees and their regular rate of pay for those hours spent on jury duty or as a subpoenaed crown witness, not exceeding the regular hours the employee normally would work on that day.
