The Fee definition

The Fee means the fee calculated in accordance with Appendix 1 as the same may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement payable to the Exhibition Designer in respect of the Services.

Examples of The Fee in a sentence

  • If there is any inconsistency between provisions in different parts of this Agreement, those parts shall have precedence as follows (unless agreed otherwise): (a) the Cover Letter, (b) the applicable Statement of Work and any annexes thereto (including – as the case may be – the Fee Arrangement), (c) these General Terms and Conditions, and (d) other annexes to this Agreement.

  • If any provision or any portion of a provision of this Agreement or the Fee Letter is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render unenforceable this Agreement or the Fee Letter, but rather shall be construed as if not containing the particular invalid or unenforceable provision or portion thereof, and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.

  • The Borrower shall have paid all fees, costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) agreed in writing to be paid by it to the Agent and the Lenders in connection herewith (including pursuant to the Fee Letters) to the extent due (and, in the case of expenses (including legal fees and expenses), to the extent that statements for such expenses shall have been delivered to the Borrower at least three days prior to the Closing Date).

  • Payment of the Fee shall be made by check or wire transfer based on the booking contract (see Statement of Work or Work Order).
