The following benefits are not available to school employees whose eligibility is established under this section: (a) Long-term disability (LTD); (b) Medical flexible spending arrangement (FSA); (c) Dependent care assistance program (DCAP); and (d) Supplemental life insurance.
Dependent Care Benefits shall mean those expenses eligible ------------ ----------------------- for reimbursement as provided by Article VII and which meet the criteria of a Dependent care assistance program in accordance with Section 129 of the Code.
