Medical Plan definition

Medical Plan means each of the Benefit Plans that provides dental, health, hospitalization, life, medical, prescription, surgical, or vision benefits, care, coverage, or insurance, or any similar benefits, care, coverage, or insurance.
Medical Plan means a program:
Medical Plan when immediately preceded by “IAC,” means the Benefit Plan under which medical benefits are provided to IAC Employees established and maintained by IAC. When immediately preceded by “Match,” Medical Plan means the Benefit Plan under which medical benefits are provided to Match Employees to be established by Match pursuant to Article IV.

  • Effective August 1, 1993, and as amended herein by the Board of Supervisors, the County shall administer a Retiree Medical Plan (Plan) for employees to include a Retiree Medical Grant (Grant) or a lump sum benefit (Lump Sum) as set forth below.

More Definitions of Medical Plan

Medical Plan means an OPM-contracted FEHB health benefits plan or a health benefits plan offered by an appropriate SHOP as determined by the Director pursuant to section 1312(d)(3)(D) of the Affordable Care Act [42 USC 18032(d)(3)(D)].
Medical Plan means any health and major medical plan currently or hereafter made available by the Employer in which the Executive is eligible to participate.

When immediately preceded by Tree, Medical Plan means the Benefit Plan under which medical benefits are provided to Tree Employees to be established by Tree pursuant to Article IV.
Medical Plan when immediately preceded by “Parent,” means the Benefit Plan under which medical benefits are provided to Parent Employees established and maintained by Parent. When immediately preceded by “▇▇▇▇,” Medical Plan means the Benefit Plan under which medical benefits are provided to ▇▇▇▇ Employees to be established by ▇▇▇▇ pursuant to Article IV.
Medical Plan means either The Estee Lauder Companies Medical Plan or The Estee Lauder Companies Retiree Medical Plan, whichever is applicable to the Participant.
Medical Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4(e).
Medical Plan means the medical plan to be established by Leap effective no later than Immediately after the Distribution Date.
